Game changer. We always put off getting a tumble dryer due to cost of running/energy efficiency...but 2 kids later and washing draped all over the house started to make me feel like I was losing my identity under an endless pile of poo stained baby grows. A few evenings of research later, we decided to take the plunge with this one. Low cost of running and eco cycle. I'm slightly embarrassed to admit how excited I am to have a tumble dryer, and my other half isn't grumbling about our energy use. (He's that guy that tracks household energy usage on a spreadsheet and starts faffing around with the radiator valves and thermometers, casting a tense and accusatory atmosphere across the house). It feels pretty simple to use, with a range of different cycle options. I quite like how the water tank is in the door window, just because it looks good and reminds us to empty it. We're using it in a cold garage; some of the cycles don't come out bone dry (the eco one) but if I chuck the basket load on the bed, they are dry within an hour. I think this is because the heat pump can't run as optimally at very low temperatures... But there are plenty of cycles that do come out properly dry.
I have nothing to compare this product to, but can honestly say it's been a great purchase!
