Service and delivery from AO was faultless as usual. The Neff Microwave is excellent, giving simple easy to use performance with defrosting and cooking a wide range of items. It was really easy to install and a great improvement on the make and model that it has replaced and is a perfect match with our existing Neff Double oven.

Nice quality, but grill is a token gesture though. Very straight forward to install. No problems with it, but soft touch button to open door seems unnecessary and a weak point in time (not surprised other reviews report this stopped working - fingers crossed it will happen in warranty if it does!)
