We bought this for our fitted kitchen to replace our Panasonic free standing microwave grill. The microwave is fine. The grill is rubbish. It is not fit for purpose. We have just had an engineer call to check it and he said it is not faulty. The grill stand is too far away from the grill element. All it does is dry food out. Our old microwave grill worked perfectly. What a waste of money.

i have all nef products in my kitchen but this one not so good the turntable plate was chipped, then one of the diodes on the clock has gone and its only a week old. have nef engineer booked to fix clock and i have a new plate now, but not what you expect from a nef product.

An expensive microwave , but , so far, worth it . It is very easy to operate with no push buttons , just touch sensitive glass , so clean lines and easy to clean . I havent used the grill function yet . I think that would make the inside very dirty .

We are delighted with our new Neff built in microwave with grill. We have been limping along with a very old microwave for too long so it is an absolute treat to have our new state of the art Neff variety. It looks stylish and very much does what it says on the tin. It is very easy to operate so is perfect for a techno dinosaur like myself. Our only issue is that some of our mugs which say they are microwave safe heat up to a level we can’t lift them out of the machine for about 30 seconds. AO were their usual amazing selves delivering it within 24 hours of ordering it. Their installation team were also first class going above and beyond to resolve problems they encountered.
