I had several items purchased from AO. They always been very prompt. They help getting The items delivered to the room of choice and take away packaging. With this microwave, it fitted perfectly in the unit. Very stylish. Easy to use. Very good power. Will highly recommend both AO and this microwave.

Bought to go with Neff oven,looks great and performs brilliant

We bought this for our fitted kitchen to replace our Panasonic free standing microwave grill. The microwave is fine. The grill is rubbish. It is not fit for purpose. We have just had an engineer call to check it and he said it is not faulty. The grill stand is too far away from the grill element. All it does is dry food out. Our old microwave grill worked perfectly. What a waste of money.
