Bought this hob to replace a gas hob, my wife was a little sceptical on moving from the gas hob, but we both really love the induction hob. It heats up the pans much quicker that the gas hob, handles don't get so hot and it's soooo easy to clean. I love the timer feature, which alows you to have a different timer on each ring and switches it off when timer gets to 0, no more burnt food.

We bought this to replace the previous model Beko of the same size, and it feels like a small upgrade. Unfortunately, a tin dropped from a cupboard onto the old one and put a large crack through it - so I wouldn't recommend keeping tins or glass bottles above your induction hob! Anyway, this hob is good value. The design is sleek and simple, it's easy to operate and it heats up instantly as it should. I haven't run into any major complaints after a month of use, except that sometimes the on/off button can be non-responsive. This really isn't a big deal, more of an annoyance that requires a bit of hard pressing around the button for a few seconds - but it's enough to knock a star off. I would recommend it as a budget induction. One of the main benefits for us with an induction hob, in general, is how easy they are to clean and if you use a micro fibre cloth this one shines nicely and looks good.

Although it was hard to determine the exact size of the hole in the worktop that was required from the various websites advertising the model, in the end it fitted exactly in place of our old one. (Beko's own website and those of sellers could be more clear and accurate). It works as expected thus far. We like the extra large ring for our largish frying pan.

Needed to upgrade my hob so obvious choice was Beko! Decided on induction to save energy.. All my kitchen appliances are Beko as very reliable, loving my choice especially for the price..

Good looking hob initial experience very good- great control. Probably quicker than our previous gas hob too. Hope it lasts.
