Very unhappy and product not up to standard as is follow-up service. Old dishwasher same model stopped working. Ordered new, disconnected old new delivered by AO Saturday 7th January. Unpacked and fitted Monday did not work. kept trying following instructions supplied all week on 14th asked my son to check we had done everything right- Yes but still not working. After being pass snd several phone calls and taking at least 1.5 hours on phone told soonest a Hotpoint representatives can check this new machine is 25th January.

This product is impossible to install yourself even with the right tools. There is a nut at the front which must be loosened to release the back foot; this is not clear from the instructions. Having worked this out and after spending a significant amount of time trying to loosen the nut with the correct tools, it has not worked. Several other persons have also tried to no avail. I spent a long period on the phone to the support lines at AO and Hotpoint and I'm waiting for an engineer to come out. I have not been able to use the machine at all since I ordered it and over the Christmas period when it is very inconvenient not to have a dishwasher. I chose AO over its competitor sites and I would not do so again. I'm very dissatisfied with this product and I do not know when it will be useable.

AO, as you know, we were given the wrong dishwasher but decided to keep the Beko dishwasher instead, we are very happy with it so far.

no where does the AO website list anything about how big your cupboard door can be. Mine was 1cm too high for this model and after installation was when i realised which is too late. anyone buying an integrated dishwasher needs to research how big the cupboard door can be, it should be listed on the website to check before we actually buy it. Waiting for it to be sent back and buy a model that can take larger kitchen doors. This needs to be added to the website along with the rest of the dimensions.

Impulse purchase as previous dishwasher had broken down, and competitor let me down. Not happy with purchase. Long cycle and does kit fit full size dinner plates

This dishwasher doesn't have enough headroom in the lower basket for dinner plates over 26 cm diameter, sadly mine are 27 cm, (lots of people have dinner plates larger) this information should be in the product specifications, very annoyed about this

Broke after 6 months. The Hotpoint repair team said it was because the buttons on the inside had got damp... On a dishwasher!!! Hotpoint guarantee absolutely worthless. Cancelled on us twice. After taking 3 days off work waiting for the repair man we gave up and returned it entirely and replaced with a different brand. AO were brilliant though.

It is an ok very average dishwasher, good price considering the cost of living crisis . In my opinion it could wash the dishes a bit better, but again it was among the cheapest and sometimes you get what you pay for.
