This is an awful hob. It did not last even 3 months. A crack deep inside the hob started to appear within 3 months and the whole hob has now cracked.

Nothing I like it all

It has NO mains lead with a plug so you have to Hard Wire it, this means time and money as you have to have a Part P Registered Electrician do it by law as its in a Kitchen. Buy an oven with a mains lead and plug. Also it has no fan, there are a lot better for little extra money.

Delivered next day as promised. Item was packed very well to avoid damage in transit.

Had a fault the first time it was used. Heat warning indicator light stuck on. What a faff to get fixed. Can't speak to anyone at ao. Put through to Beko call centre who were far from helpful. The engineer who eventually came out was great though. Now a month in and it has a huge scratch in the middle of one of the rings despite careful use. Cheap and it shows.

not a very good hob long time to heat up and a nightmare to clean

Hobs take a long time to heat up and cleaning not as easy as could be which I suppose is due to finish - pervious glass hob was easier to keep streak free

Delivery of goods was good. Then asked my step dad to help connect the hob - fairly straight forward with some sparky knowledge. But the bottom left and top right hobs are the wrong way around. Turn one on, the other comes on. Can live with it though.
