Really pleased with this. Had to get used to electric cooking after using gas all my life, but the ease of cleaning outweighs the slower reaction time. I am 67 and I only cook for one, so cannot comment on how it would suit a family but it suits me very well indeed.

A good price for a well built appliance. There were two problems with installing the hob though. It was slightly larger than our previous hob so we had to cut the opening in the work surface a bit more to fit it in. Also the clamps provided to secure it to the underside of the work surface were too short so we had to make use of the old clamps from our previous hob with solid plates. Other than that we're pleased with it.

Needed a good value replacement hob and searched around and this seemed to fit the bill, the sleek design helped update my older kitchen. After speaking to friends the knobs were better than the touch version and they do work well and the power range is great boils quickly then turn down to simmer without boiling over. Cleaning was an issue until i bought a hob cleaner and that done the trick.

Surprisingly good quality for the price and very easy to clean. Takes rather longer to heat up than the old halogen hob it replaced, but is still quite fast.

Great hob but boy what a nightmare to clean! Used it four times and cleaned it after every use but it's marked already! Is very good though for the cost!
