Its a hob, and it heats stuff up in pans. I like it a lot.

This hob is a great price, looks good and is super easy to use. It heats up very quickly and cools in a reasonable time too. Lights indicate when it is still hot after being switched off too. My only criticism although I think it's the same for all hobs is that it's difficult to clean properly. It smears - maybe I need to try glass cleaner?! If you're just looking for a practical hob that doesn't cost a fortune, I would definiately recommend this.

I have found this hob quite good but one of the larger hot plates does not heat consistently so I tend not to use it much. The red warning lights which show when the hob is in use and remain on as long as the hob is hot (even when turned off) are a very helpful feature.

Fitted this for my mother in law to replace her existing hob. A great improvement, far more efficient than the old one. A major selling point was the size in that it would fit straight in the existing cutout but it has proved it's worth regardless of this consideration.

Surprisingly good quality for the price and very easy to clean. Takes rather longer to heat up than the old halogen hob it replaced, but is still quite fast.

Looks good on my new granite worktop.I always cleaned my old ceramic hob with wire wool.Though the instructions say don't, with this new hob. I did.It's fine no scratch marks and to my mind the only way to clean this type of hob.You have to use wire wool because the first time you use it. It has little pitted circles on the hob ring.Nothing else gets rid of these.Heats up really quick I tend to use the lower heat numbers much quicker then my old hob. It's perfect
