    It’s good for the price.

Generally a good oven, it heats up quickly and is cooking food in the way that an oven should…I just have 2 issues with it. First is the 2 dial knobs, they are so cheap looking and feel like they would break with the slightest knock, they also have no “resistance” between each setting so you have to turn them slowly to make sure you get the right temperature or oven mode. I really don’t like them and if I’d know how rubbish they were before I used the oven I would have returned it. Also not a fan of the light to tell you when it’s come to temperature. My previous oven made a slight click sound so you knew without looking that it was ready…this one is totally silent so you have to watch the oven to see when it’s ready to cook which is very boring.

    Disappointed

    3/5
Nice oven, simple to use and heats up quickly. However, the temperature dial is only suitable for an eye level oven. The temperature markings from 130 - 230 are impossible to read when the oven is positioned under a hob unless you crouch down and look back up at the dial.

    Giving Bosch a second chance!

    3/5
After our 4 year old Bosch oven. Decided to give up during Xmas dinner we did contemplate buying a different make to replace it. We have a few Bosch items so in the end decided to stick with it as they are usually reliable. The e new one is slightly different to our original and to be honest doesn’t seem quite as sturdy! The knobs are quite flimsy, the pre heat doesn’t let you know when it’s ready, the timer only bleeps a few times and isn’t very loud when it’s finished. That said it looks good and cooks well, and hopefully we won’t be sorry in a couple of years time that we went back to a Bosch!

    Basic and adequate

    3/5
We're just getting to know the product but the instructions aren't the most informative. They're ok for the basics but the bits about cooking different foods are very basic (e g. If your cake is burnt use a lower heat next time). We haven't used a fan oven before so we're struggling to get the right results straightaway. It's also proving difficult to keep clean and we wish we'd gone for a more expensive model with a dirt resistant finish inside. We bought this one because it can be plugged in to a normal socket.

    Noisy oven fan

    3/5
Wondering if we may have to return this product. When in use the fan makes a fair amount of noise and it’s quite an irritating/annoying sound to hear. Obviously concerned that something is wrong with it!

    1 week on...

    3/5
The oven is working fine and as expected. It’s simple to work no need to read the instruction booklet that came with it, as it’s straight forward to operate. Pretty basic but that’s all I really wanted. The fan is a bit noisy but in general all okay with it.

    Single oven review

    3/5
The oven was simple to install, easy to use and very useful instructions. However there is a slight problem it is not self clean and the oven has no lining within to absorb the fat residue from cooking. Perhaps a slight improvement in the product could make a significant difference for consumers.
