We bought a Bosch Serie 2 HHF113BROB oven on 8th April through AO and after 6 weeks of light usage the oven bulb blew. We had registered for the 2 year guarantee so contacted Bosch to be told that bulbs are not guaranteed and they weren't prepared to replace it. Under the consumer rights act 2015 a purchased item must be of satisfactory quality and fit for particular purpose. I wouldn't say a bulb lasting 6 weeks of little use was either of those. If I had known Bosch oven bulbs only lasted this long I wouldn't have bought the cooker. As it is in a rental property it has cost us nearly £100.00 to have the bulb replaced on a 6 week old £394.00 oven I could understand it if it blew at around 18 months but Bosch didn't even offer to send a bulb in the post. I run a business and if a customer of mine had a similar problem that would have been fixed ASAP. Just a warning to others that Bosch will probably find an excuse for not repairing your goods under their guarantee, bulb this time, what next.

The oven is a 13amp household plug in type, you don't need an electrician to connect this. Measure carefully and if it's the correct size then order it. Took me 15 mins to fit and all working fine. It's a basic oven but works well and the temperature is accurate for cooking. LED interior light and comes with a pan and two racks / shelves Would recommend this oven. AO always have good delivery and I've bought several kitchen white goods from them. Polite and efficient, can't ask for more.

Very good basic oven, specifically bought as it has the minimum of touch type buttons. Works really well and was easy to instal. Good value but a star off for having only one shelf in it !

The cooker is absolutely amazing in comparison which was our last cooker it’s quicker in cooking terms easy to use it does everything you would any German products to do all in all 100% happy and it wasn’t that expensive so all our kitchen is kitted out Bosch all from AO

Bought this oven as I wanted a trusted brand but didn't want to spend the earth. Heats up quickly, quiet and looks good. So far, so good!

Excellent Oven and fits into a 600 x 600 slot ideally. Quick to heat up and with the 3D Fan Oven vents cooks food remarkably even. The Grill is awesome and also has the option of 3D cooking but is awesome when on normal setting so haven't used that option much. Easy to clean and comes with a grill/oven tray and also a normal wire oven shelf. Have now invested in a modern kitchen as my old one was looking old and outdated when compared to this hi-tech, easy too use Bosch Oven.

Everything I had hoped it would be. Delivery was up to ao's usual great standards.
