Bought this as a last minute replacement pre xmas dinner and it’s been great. It’s got more cooking space than the previous unit which was really useful. If I had one criticism it’s that it only came with one shelf, the grill pan acts as a second but it would have been perfect if there were two actual shelves. Overall I’m made up with it.

I ordered the above cooker the week before Christmas and the service I received from you was absolutely amazing, the product was delivered when they said the would and also the delivery driver called in the morning to advise the time and when the men came with the cooker they were so helpful and also took the old cooker away. I will be using this service afain and would highly recommend this website, would never shop anywhere else again. From ordering to having the oven installed, great service. The two guys who fitted the oven and took the old one away were very good. They worked quickly and were very professional. Would use again as and when required. Oven looks good. Cooks really well. Easy to use. Nothing we don’t like.

My original oven broke and I needed a new one ASAP. Ordered the Bosch series 2,after reading reviews. Can’t fault it. Smart to look at and great to cook with. Gets to temp quick and is engery efficient. Would recommend oven for sure. Will take me some time to get used to the power of a fan oven. But I love it.

As a replacement item I would have liked accessible terminals to install direct to the existing electric cable. Rather I had to have installed a 3 point surface socket for which the rear of the oven had not the required clearance from the wall. The instruction manual needs study to become familiar with new routines and programming the clock is quite an intellectual exercise. Looks good and has worked to the cooks satisfaction although there is only one wire shelf where another would be welcome. There is no way to reduce the brightness of the red digital display at night.

The oven was simple to install, easy to use and very useful instructions. However there is a slight problem it is not self clean and the oven has no lining within to absorb the fat residue from cooking. Perhaps a slight improvement in the product could make a significant difference for consumers.
