Simply does a good job, just need to get used to a different style of hoover and it will be five star.

Not yet tried it out, its a Christmas present for my mum, shes had this exact make of hoover for at least 5 years and I thought she’d appreciate a brand new one considering the last one worked so well for so long.

The most powerful vacuum I’ve ever used. Tools have equally as powerful suction. She is a bit heavy, but her smiley face makes the job a little nicer!

This Hetty is a great machine but I have only given it four stars instead of five because the suction is so strong I find it hard to push over carpets. I have arthritis in my hands so using it is like an upper body workout. No doubt good for me!

Strong suction.. maybe a little but too much to hoover carpet, its more like a workout! Excellent hoover though and comes with 2 hoover bags.
