This is an overall excellent product that was easy to plumb in and set up. The wash cycles are on the long side and I would have liked a “Quick Wash” option. The app looks good but rarely actually works - I find it says that it is searching for the machine. This might be a WiFi range issue but I have other connected products in the same room so who knows. The machine is quite quiet and cleans perfectly.

We bought our dishwasher in the clearance section. Very pleased with the service from AO and the product itself. Cleaning quality is as good as, if not better than the supposedly higher quality brand it is replacing. The instructions are clear and make the machine easy to use. For the price this could not be better.

Our old model died after many years of service, and for a few days we all got to experience 'old school' washing up. The relief when this machine arrived was palpable! The dishwasher does what it says on the box.... pretty happy with the performance and also suprised how big it feels compared to our old model. Still working on the app side of things but unless they have a function for enforcing the dish washing rota then I'll just have to work with it...... so far so good!
