Not sure how Hoover got this thing so wrong. To start it’s simply horrible to install. It has only 3 wheels so wobbles until you fix it to the sides or top of the cabinet. The rear wheel is supposed to be adjustable from the front but the screw control didn’t work so I had to keep pulling it back out to adjust and level it manually. Attaching the door was also a nightmare due to bad instructions. Speaking of instructions the manual reads like a work of fiction, the machine does nothing it says its supposed to according to the text. On top of all this its terrible at washing dishes, this morning I opened after a standard wash it to find the tablet untouched next to the drain and a pile of dirty plates. It has 5 programs but they are all basically the same, it has no quick wash and the fastest program is about 90 mins. The Wifi integration is so bad it locks out the user from manual control, who thought that was a good idea? Finally the facia is a cheap nasty plastic that has already start to scratch after 2 weeks. Seriously run for the hills! First and Last Hoover product I will ever buy.

Bought this machine in March, 21. It is a terrible machine and it’s lucky if you can get it go. When it works it cleans well. I have used a dishwasher for 56 years but never experienced a problem with controls. The instruction book is rubbish and WiFi is impossible to get it connected. Have emailed Hoover for help but so far no call from them. My only way of getting an engineer is to pay over £100 but I refuse to do this. It isn’t broken - only controls will not accept instructions. Other people have had similar problems so don’t fall for this machine. I needed a semi integrated and this seems to be the only one made at the moment. Dorothy.

To be honest I am disappointed. Guys from AO were fantastic but product is not. Cutlery draw is at the back and difficult to get to. Upper shelf is so flimsy and badly designed. Hinges feel like they could fail any time. Operating controls are fussy. This replaced a 19 year old NEF appliance. Doubt this new one will last 19 months. So few semi integrated appliances on the market at the moment. Wish we had waited or spent more on a quality brand.

Absolutely rubbish. Hit or miss wether it washes dishes or not. If you have more than a couple plates on the bottom shelf you just know half aren't going to get washed. Glasses on the top, forget it, they aren't getting washed. Tried various different brands of tablets and rinse aids and always the same result. Touch controls aren't the easiest to use as find myself having to hold the buttons for a long time or repeatably press to get the function I desire. There is suppose to be a light on the rinse aid compartment to indicate when it's empty/full. There is no such light so have to constantly top it up to ensure is full. If this is what Hoover products are like I'll be avoiding them from here on out.

Terrible dishwasher, touch sensitive pad is ok for a while then takes about 5 minutes to get the dishwasher to do what you want. After 1.5 years the touch sensitive pad has failed. Just avoid

I have tried all the programmes and even the highest temperature ones leave the dishes dripping wet after the cycle has finished. My previous dishwashers would leave them nice and dry on all cycles except the low temperature or quick washes. The cutlery basket is in an awkward place which prevents me from putting bigger items in comfortably. Yesterday I could not even select any programme other than P3 where it seemed to be stuck. The programme selector button would not work. The red retaining things on the sides of the top shelf are a hassle rather than a convenience. Overall really unhappy with this. I had to buy this one as there were no other semi integrated dishwashers available- supply chain issues, lack of chips for the machines, etc.
