Not sure how Hoover got this thing so wrong. To start it’s simply horrible to install. It has only 3 wheels so wobbles until you fix it to the sides or top of the cabinet. The rear wheel is supposed to be adjustable from the front but the screw control didn’t work so I had to keep pulling it back out to adjust and level it manually. Attaching the door was also a nightmare due to bad instructions. Speaking of instructions the manual reads like a work of fiction, the machine does nothing it says its supposed to according to the text. On top of all this its terrible at washing dishes, this morning I opened after a standard wash it to find the tablet untouched next to the drain and a pile of dirty plates. It has 5 programs but they are all basically the same, it has no quick wash and the fastest program is about 90 mins. The Wifi integration is so bad it locks out the user from manual control, who thought that was a good idea? Finally the facia is a cheap nasty plastic that has already start to scratch after 2 weeks. Seriously run for the hills! First and Last Hoover product I will ever buy.

Not has good has my late dish washer but i had that nearly 18 years ago they don’t make them like they used to

Looks good and so far does what it is supposed to however it does seem rather cheaply made so I am not expecting it to last that long.

Our old model died after many years of service, and for a few days we all got to experience 'old school' washing up. The relief when this machine arrived was palpable! The dishwasher does what it says on the box.... pretty happy with the performance and also suprised how big it feels compared to our old model. Still working on the app side of things but unless they have a function for enforcing the dish washing rota then I'll just have to work with it...... so far so good!

Controls not easy to see & use. Interior layout awkward. Actual wash is very good.

Racks on top shelves make it more difficult to put in larger glasses at the sides. Otherwise great cleaning power

Good product for the price. Like the racks - hold more plates etc. Would prefer cutlery holder at front rather than the bottom/back. But happy with purchase.

i NEEDED TO REPLACE A SEMI INTEGRATED DISHWASHER AND THIS ONE FITTED IN PERFECTLY & EASILY.THE ONLY PROBLEM HAS BEEN THE WIFI AND HOOVER HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO HELP WITH AN ANSWER TO THIS NOT WORKING. I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME. FROM THE INSTRUCTIONS I CAN SEE THAT THIS APPLIANCE ONLY WORKS ON 2.4GHz . HOWEVER AFTER A LOT OF SEARCHING ON SKY I FIND THAT THE BROADBAND ROUTER THAT I HAVE IS DUAL 2.4GHz & 5GHz AND THAT I NEEDED TO SPLIT IT INTO TWO BANDS. PLEASE EXCUSE ME FOR NOT PUTTING IT CLEARER, BUT I AM 80 YEARS OLD AND IT IS DIFFICULT. THIS IS WHAT I DID:- It only works on the wifi 2.4GHz , so if the broadband is combined 2.4 &5 GHz you have to split the Broadband into two bands. I went onto IP 192.168.0.1 on the search bar. On wireless access point you have to untick “synchronise 2.4GHz and 5GHz Settings” press apply. At the top under Wireless select 5GHz wireless settings and put 5GHz after the SSID. Then save. Go back to the 2.4GHz settings and put 2.4GHz after the SSID. You now have two separate channels. I deleted the app and the dishwasher setup and started again from the beginning using the 2.4GHz channel. It now works perfectly for me and the dishwasher works perfectly. Grandad Bob
