Being a first time dishwasher purchaser. This was not straightforward. The installation manual was not helpful at all. We were Unsure with what to expect in the pack. How many legs it should have etc. AO were very helpful. The dishwasher worked and then stopped with huge error problems. I've only used it 5 times. Sadly The WiFi has never worked for me which is strange as my internet signal is fantastic. After finally getting through to Hoover on the phone, they have agreed to send an engineer because it's still under warranty. It will take 6 days which isn't a bad wait. On the positive when the dishwasher was working my plates were so clean. This is why I am keen to see it at its full potential as I know it washes really well.

The dishwasher cleans and dries well, even the plastic items come out almost dry. One slight annoyance was the cutlery basket being sited at the rear of the machine. I've become used to it being at the front of my previous machine. I've managed to take the basket apart and it now sits at the front in two sections. Quiet machine and very pleased with its overall performance.

We are really pleased with the quality of the wash, the machine is great at removing tea stains from mugs and food from oven dishes. We haven't set up the WiFi connection, think that part is a bit too far for us.

This replaced a 13 year old washer that had had too many repairs and had to go. The installation was very easy; the inlet and outlet pipes simply screwed on to the existing pipework. The fixing of the old door was quite straight forward and much more secure than the old machine.The new machine is very quiet and the quality of wash is good. The old machine was push button operated, so the electronic control and programming took a bit of understanding, but with a bit of use it became quite intuitive. For me the wi-fi link is a waste of time, so wont get used. Overall, very pleased so far.

Easy to fit and put the door on, works brilliantly and so easy too use. After using this one I realised how poor a job my old one was doing. Highly recommended

Quiet running, not too difficult to fit, and cleans really well. As a niggle the cutlery tray doesn’t fit very well if you are also fitting plates along side.

I have tried all the programmes and even the highest temperature ones leave the dishes dripping wet after the cycle has finished. My previous dishwashers would leave them nice and dry on all cycles except the low temperature or quick washes. The cutlery basket is in an awkward place which prevents me from putting bigger items in comfortably. Yesterday I could not even select any programme other than P3 where it seemed to be stuck. The programme selector button would not work. The red retaining things on the sides of the top shelf are a hassle rather than a convenience. Overall really unhappy with this. I had to buy this one as there were no other semi integrated dishwashers available- supply chain issues, lack of chips for the machines, etc.
