Looks good and cooks well and evenly. But I have 2 issues with it Firstly unlike any other Hotpoint I’ve ever had the back panel is flush and not recessed so there is no room for pipes and electrics that are currently wall mounted behind it. Both will need redirecting. Also this model has its air vents at the back of the hob. Rather than under the oven door. So the steam forms condensation on the splash back which then runs down behind the cooker. I have to constantly wipe down the walls whilst the oven is on. I have not had this issue with previous Hotpoints.

Not happy, waiting on repair. Been without working cooker since it was delivered on 15th Jan. From the very start kept cutting out after 15 minutes, had one technician out, told me no problem. Continued to cut out. After another technician out, after me filming it several times, there's now a problem with it. Still have to wait after week with no cooker before it can be fixed. Been like this with no cooker for weeks. Finding it hard to feed my family, with a cooker like this. Especially even more so with this cost of living.

My husband bought this cooker as my last one broke. I'm very happy with the product, the light in the oven is very bright which is good for me as I like to bake so I can clearly see the cakes so I don't open the door too early. Very happy and impressed with this cooker.

Bottom oven door has lower corners which I frequently catch my feet on. The grill is slow to heat up. Nice to have a light in the top oven. No timer.

After looking at several different cooker this one stood out it’s Sleek modern , and stylish and as all the functions you could wish for ceramic hob with one hob a fast hob and the rest normal they heat up quickly and it’s efficient and works well . Fan oven is quiet and cooks to perfection . So if your looking to replace your old cooker then you will not go wrong buying this one .

I got this cooker to replace a built in oven and hob. I really like having the double oven feature it is great when you need extra space. The hob takes no time to heat up at all. Over all this cooker is a great buy and it doesn’t hurt that it looks great too.

Cooker is exactly as described and working well so far. The only thing missing for me is that I would have liked every 10 degrees marked on the oven dials, but you can work it out. The markings on the dials are also a little fainter than I would prefer. But these are minor issues. Ovens are large, hob works fine. And of course, the ordering and delivery process with AO was excellent, as ever.
