Not good for cooking

The over and grill looks good. However, the pan support is unstable and dangerous. We cannot keep any small pans as it will tilt. Noticed it only after installing the hob. I cannot return it without losing money.

It ok but oven and grill very slow heat and there no top glass cover to protect the hob expensive for the price but it not as big as I thought the oven will be

So far so good! I hated our old oven so anything was going to be an improvement from that but this oven is definitely value for money. It looks very stylish and modern and is practical and easy to clean. Easy to install and simple to use! Would definitely recommend!

Had similar cooker 11 years ago, so was happy to have the same make. One problem, in the manual it said that to use the heat shield in the top oven which i did before. The heat shield did not fit. After a lot of phone calls to Hotpoint from AO, it turns out you don't need one for this oven.

A very neat and modern looking cooker. Good energy rating. How ever, the shelfs in the bottom oven do not fit aswell as I'd like them to fit., they are quite loose. Overall though, we are quite Happy with this cooker.

The variety of sizes of burners on my cooker is ideal for different size pots and pans. The ovens cook evenly and have a good range of adjustable heats. Really pleased with the cooker and it is easy to clean.

I got my new gas cooker 2wks ago and i love it,it is super fast in cooking your meals.i had my old cooker for 10yrs bought that one from AO too that is why i got this one.the price was very good and the men who came to fit it was very nice and polite.i would recomend AO to everyone if you need anything for your kitchen.i am very happy with my new gas cooker.Thanks AO for everything you have made me a happy person in the kitchen.Elaine R.
