Good cooker however the first 2 dails gets hot when the grill is on, we chose this cooker because it looked like it had a shelf to protect the dails and no reviews about the dails getting hot, but unfortunately it don't have a shelf and this could be a health hazard. Hope Hotpoint can fix this issue.

The oven itself is great, looks good and works like a dream. The large ring on the hob is brilliant. Hob burners come on quickly and are even. However, this oven arrived without any shelves or grill pan and the delivery person said there was no seal on the doors. Sounds like it had been opened previously which wasn't declared at purchase. I had to wait 10 days for them to be delivered from Hotpoint and it was still missing one shelf.

New cooker was well worth the money, it's easy to use and looks quite smart. The controls are well laid out and clearly marked, there are three shelves, two for the bottom oven and one for the top. The grill pan is of a good size and easy to use. The ovens seem to get to temperature very quickly, unlike my old electric oven which took an age. The results from both ovens is also superior to the old one too which pleasently supprised me.

Good looking cooker . Both ovens are very efficient and the hob is large , efficient and easy to clean but I would love it more if the markings on the control knobs and the body of the cooker were easier to see.

Exactly what we wanted. Two big ovens(top one can be grill too). Fits perfectly. The only thing that's a bit disappointing was how quiet the Minute Minder was. You'd have to be a Bat to hear It ! Otherwise it's great
