Arrived faulty, not even connected it to mains when we noticed oven brackets don't support trays. Not good Hotpoint, Got on to customer services and they are sending replacement brackets out within 3-5 days. Glad I didn't disconnect my old one.

We wanted a dual fuel cooker but our electrics were not sufficient, and we therefore had to have an all gas cooker - to be honest it's been hard adjusting after having an electric fan oven. This oven doesn't seem to cook food as quickly and I'm still having issues with roast potatoes!!! Have had to finish them in an air fryer. I also do not like the fact that the cover sits higher than the edge of the hob- this means that bits and pieces from the work surface fall into the hob.I haven't had it long , but at the moment the jury is out!!!!

Overall very pleased and good value. My only negatives would be the shelves in the oven do not move easily and the pan supports feel quite cheap and flimsy. But overall does what it needs to do

A great cooker, great to have 3 differnt sized rings in the hob. Nice to have 2 ovens, so much easier when cooking things that need different temperatures.

Good gas cooker Big and stylish

It is ok there are some design differences compared to my old model which I don't like. For example the pot holder is made of thinner metal and isn't individual for each burner, and I have difficulty igniting the back right burner. There are design differences I prefer including being able to turn on and turn off the oven light. I am also aware some serial numbers in the old model I had were recalled due to issues with the ignition so the ignition has been changed due to this.
