The oven itself is great, looks good and works like a dream. The large ring on the hob is brilliant. Hob burners come on quickly and are even. However, this oven arrived without any shelves or grill pan and the delivery person said there was no seal on the doors. Sounds like it had been opened previously which wasn't declared at purchase. I had to wait 10 days for them to be delivered from Hotpoint and it was still missing one shelf.

Good cooker however the first 2 dails gets hot when the grill is on, we chose this cooker because it looked like it had a shelf to protect the dails and no reviews about the dails getting hot, but unfortunately it don't have a shelf and this could be a health hazard. Hope Hotpoint can fix this issue.

Looks lovely very good quality

I love this cooker. It has everything I need. Love the grill which has an oven with it as well as the main oven.So efficient and loads of space to cook a Sunday roast using both ovens. The gas hobs has one large and small at the front and two medium sized at the back and the ignition plus an oven light is just perfect for me and family. Looks really good in my kitchen.

Works well and very happy with the product so far. As described, no issues and installers took away all the wrappings

Fantastic oven great quality big second oven

All in one cooking with gas if you can't use an electric cooker. I tried using electric but failed. This gas cooker is fully controllable and fantastically easy to use. It was very good valued for money.

Nice looking cooker - with a really good hob. We love that the hob rings have a better scale to control simmer more accurately. Glass cover sits slightly proud of our work surfaces but that’s actually not a bad thing. Easy to keep clean. top oven works well - shelves are slightly wider spaced than I’m used to but it works exceptionally well. Bottom oven cooks evenly. Temperature is better than my last oven. Highly recommend.
