I've used this a few times on several different settings since delivery one week ago. Instruction manual is concise and clear so I was using it virtually straight from the box. First impressions are it's a good, efficient dryer. Most items have come out dry and ready for storing in the cupboard or for ironing. I've had the usual problems of pillow cases getting stuffed into the duvet covers during the cycle but I can't blame the unit for that. The only real criticism I have is that removing and replacing the sponge is tricky for someone with big fingers. One good point is that the tank is at the top of the dryer so emptying it is much easier compared to my last dryer. Overall, very pleased, so 5 stars.

The auto function is wonderful. By selecting Auto alongside the fabric mix, the machine uses its array of sensors to calculate how long the load should take. During the cycle, the machine stops & restarts to assess the moisture & heat parameters to reduce the amount of energy used. eg - 1st load was a full wash from a 10kg drum, second was only a king size bed sheet - upon closing the door & selecting auto, the machine instantly calculated the dry time, which was 1/4 of that for the whole load. The clothes never overheat, the sound level is as to be expected for a 9kg drum, nothing out of the ordinary - suitable for a domestic setting. My only unfounded concern is that in time the digital touch screen panel may malfunction, which, I imagine, will be expensive to replace - but the digital technology also allows for the intelligent sensors & auto function calculations. P.s - This model doesn’t come with an internal drying rack.

Machine works well, dries clothes well. I like the way all the fluff from the drying cycle is collected in one basket near the drum rather than multiple places so its easy to clean

I spent many hours researching different appliances before deciding on this dryer. It was a little more expensive that my budget, but I decided that the extra initial cost was worth it for the cheaper running costs compared to other dryers. After using the dryer for a week now, I have to say I am delighted with the performance, and it is super-easy to use. It even looks good too.

Excellent product and efficient. A little noisy and does make some strange noises, especially compared to the paired washing machine. Huge drum for a dryer.

I love a bit of tech and this is good to look at and the most important thing it dries very well and does it without any fuss love it washing machine is next.
