Third time I used the fan oven, the door fell off. Glass smashed all over the kitchen floor. Shard cut my leg. Was fixed under guarantee in a few days but looking at the door I do not think it is well engineered. I reckon it could easily fall off again.

Really nice looking cooker with good sized ovens. The grill is efficient and the ovens work well. My only concern is that I can’t cover the rings when I’ve turned them off but they’re still hot. I had a gas cooker before and I could put down the lid which was really useful. Overall I’m really pleased with it.

I’m surprised how pleased I am with this cooker. My electrician fitted it very quickly and I have now used both ovens, the grill and the hob with no problems. CONS I would like the top oven to have temperatures on the dial rather than just numbers. I don’t like the timer/clock, it is very fiddly to use. No real point in a clock as I turn my cooker off at the wall when not in use. As for the timer, again I have no use for it as I wouldn’t consider having the oven on when I’m not home. Overall though, I am delighted with my purchase. Thanks again AO wonderful service as usual.

Nice looking compact oven, seems perfectly adequate. Minor gripes: Main oven door doesn't always easily latch, occasionally bounces back open and requires a very firm slam to remain closed. Adjusting the feet to level the oven, the manual suggests there should be a locking nut on each foot to lock it in position at the desired height. This locking nut does not exist on the one I received, so getting the feet to stay at the desired height while sliding it in to place was a challenge. No bother once it's set and in position, but it took several attempts to get it in position without the feet randomly adjusting themselves as it was slide into place.

Works well, heats up quickly and cools quickly. Do wish the grill pan handle wasn't bare metal though. Warning; don't leave it attached while cooking...

50cm cookers are getting scarce. This Hotpoint is in my opinion the best available. Ceramic hob, double ovens with lights. Both have self clean liners. The glass door windows can be removed to clean. All elements heat up fast especially the fan oven. I have found the grill to be excellent as is the build quality. All four feet are adjustable so the oven is level. It also has a clock with auto timer for both automatic and countdown timing. Like all 50cm ovens I could not find one with an induction hob, that would have been 5 stars. But there is a 10 year parts guarantee as well so really it’s 4.5.

This oven is brilliant for the price I haven't used the top oven yet but the bottom one cooks everything to perfection at 180 degrees, only used one ring so far but heats up very quickly . All in all a perfect cooker.
