Not what I would expect from new cooker

    3/5
I would give this cooker 3 stars for good reasons. 1. Knobs need to be held sometimes in more than 10 seconds before you could lose them for the flame to stay on. 2. Upper grill design odd tray does not slide easily. 3. Grill burner flame does not heat up evenly. 4. Stainless steel to have marking doesn’t seem to go away. 4. Main oven reaches desired temperature when oven is empty, them temperature drops by 10-20 degrees centigrade when putting something to cook and stays lower than it should. These are noted after only 10 days of usage. I will be contacting the supplier in respect of these issues.

    Nice product and excellent service.

A beautifully made cooker that was delivered on time and in perfect condition. One problem however is the fact that it has sensors that turn of the gas if the flame is accidentally extinguished. Once lit you keep the control knob pressed in for about 7 seconds until the sensor heats up. It doesn’t work on two of the rings and they go out no matter how long you keep the knob depressed. Awaiting visit from an engineer.

    Our new gas cooker

    3/5
Our previous stove fitted snugly against the wall at the back. The new stove is smart to look at but we had a problem with the installation because at the connection point with the gas pipe the stove has a panel at that precise spot giving no clearance for the gas pipe to be connected and preventing the stove to be pushed back against the wall which resulted in a gap at the top of several inches. Also the control knobs for switching on the heat are unclear and badly laid out. The heating temperatures are incorrectly shown so that any recipes getting undercooked when using recipesOur new gas cooker.

    good value for money

    4/5
nice cooker - good price - easy to use. one point not so good - the full width grill pan is a very tight fit and doesn't easily glide into the runners under the grill. would have opted for a non full width grill had i have known.

    A beautiful cooker!

    5/5
This is the first all gas cooker that I have owned. The unit itself is beautiful to look at. Both ovens are easy to ignite and pre-heat much quicker than electric ones. Food comes out cooked to perfection. The added bonus too is that the cooker is much cheaper to run than the electric equivalent. Top marks.

    Ok

Pretty good. Does the job. Grated over the jobs are wobbly and the glass lids sticks to the grated and makes them jump a little when opening. Also if could do with being misted. Grill pan sticks so have to yank it in and out when hot. Otherwise cooker good. Grill good, same size but more oven space than my old one definate bonus

    Our Cloe Hotpoint gas cooker

The grill is very tight to get in and out. We find using an oven glove is much better than the silly handle supplied which seems very unsafe to use. Thanking you

I really can’t fault this cooker, it looks good and cooks everything very well. It is well made unlike some 50cm I looked at.Time will tell , my old cooker lasted 30 years.............
