Dreadful, grill doesn't light or if it does goes out. oven badly set up baking trays slide to back & catch fire spreading noxious fumes through the house. Gas hob burners don't light properly.

Cheaply made not happy with the quality of the product.

Quality finish to the cooker. Hobs work well but the ovens are very disappointing. They do not heat up to an efficient temperature so recommended times and temperatures have to be increased significantly.

Nice cooker but the dials go backwards to me (anti-clockwise instead of clockwise) which seems rather confusing. Also, the ovens are not very deep, so some of my baking sheets no longer fit. Also, you can feel the hot air coming out round the oven doors which I wasn't expecting. But it does cook well.

The problem with choosing goods like this online is that you don’t really know what you’re getting till it arrives, I’m disappointed to be honest as I usually really like hotpoint products. The grill is tricky to turn on & the tray is either so close to the flame the food cinders or so far away it doesn’t cook at all. Main oven seems to take ages to get up to correct temperature.

This oven does what it's meant to do and so far seems to be working well. My one complaint is that you have to hold the dial in for a number of seconds after it has ignited otherwise the flame goes out. It's not a massive issue on the hobs but on the grill it doesn't seem to matter how long you hold it on the grill it still goes out and you have to press it again to ignite. Otherwise it's a good size for a family of four. It's not complicated to use.

Does what its supposed to, shame it doesn’t come with the hose already attached

We bought the product at the beginning of the year and we had it installed 2 weeks ago. So far it works fine, both ovens and the main gas hob. There is one thing that I still need to sort it out. The gas cooker is lower than the old gas cooker and even if adjusting the feet at the maximum height is still below the height of the kitchen worktop.
