Product is working great and looks really good! Can’t fault AO’s fantastic service on this either! Highly recommended

Feels like a solid well manufactured product, finish is good and easy to keep clean with a wipe over. The ovens both function perfectly heating up quickly and cooking everything perfectly. All four hobs are very good and the controls allow very precise control. The grill also works well though takes some getting used to as flame is sent left and right from jets in the middle running front to back so best to place food at sides but not a problem really. Flame failure device works well and gives peace of mind that if a pan does boil over and extinguish a flame the gas will be shut off. Great cooker so glad we got it.

We love it! Used it for Christmas dinner and was so good to have the top oven as well as the main oven. Easy to clean and looks good in the kitchen

This is a great washing machine and Very quiet even when spinning out at 1400. really pleased with it has lots of different progams too

Love this cooker, did smoke a little from the grill on first use but this is normal and soon disappeared. Delivery was quick and I was kept well informed. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because they said they would take the old appliance away and didn't.

Needed a 50cm cooker with a lid,so my options were limited.Glad I chose this Hotpoint,can't fault it.

Service from AO was very good. Good contact and keeping updated. Felt a valued customer. Good delivery guys, polite and tidy. Installed and shown everything worked. Shame still didn’t work after they left. Good contact with hotpoint afterwards. One day all the issues might be resolved. Light in bottom oven has decided it doesn’t want to work any more. There must be a knack to using the grill option as that won’t stay on. Otherwise a good oven and easy to use.

This is a good cooker. The layout works well. It is a bit narrower than my old cooker (it was 21 inches) but oven and hob are still big enough for pots and trays etc. Oven burners are a bit loud. Top oven and grill work well, grill has 2 heat settings. Grill tray handle looks a bit flimsy but actually works quite well. You need to have the main oven set one mark higher than the recipe (but that was the same on my old cooker too). Glass cover does not sit level with the counter top, it's about 1cm above, so the cooker is over 900mm high. This does seam to be a common trait with gas cookers with covers.
