AO, made this purchase really easy. The service over the phone and delivery went very smoothly. Very easy to install and my old oven taken away by AO. The oven itself, have only used a few times, but looking good. Impressed with options available on the oven.

The product itself has been in place a week now and is working great - heats up quickly and has lots of options to get the best out of your cooking

great oven but unfortunately when baking it does not do so evenly and the sides seem to brown quicker

Very pleased with the Bosch oven. Some nice details, retractable knobs so it looks neat in situ, two half tins( what a brilliant idea) parsnips in one potatoes in the other and only one shelf used! The fan exits through the top of the door and it does seem slightly draughty but I expect I will become accustomed to it. All in all very please with purchase

Our cooker finally called it a day during week one of the lockdown. Not only were ao.com competitively priced their staff were brilliant. I had trouble with my credit card and the lady I spoke to, Jessica, offered to call me back. Which she did twice. At no point though did I feel pressured into buying. When the new cooker arrived, the door was damaged. I called ao.com and they contacted the manufacturer and got the complaint registered so that as soon as the lockdown is over an engineer will be out to replace with a new door. Customer service was excellent.

Ordered Bosch oven having read all the previous reviews. We are very pleased with it. We love the spilt tins and retractable dials. Good product at the right price.

AO delivered on time again. The oven is excellent very easy to use with a variety of functions. Only down side no grill pan handle.
