Bought as a direct replacement for the old model. Unfortunately, I have to say the quality has been reduced, plastic appears poorer, shelving does not have the plastic surrounds the old model had so a concern as to their strength. The actual layout has changed, not for the better, and the impression is storage is not as efficient as before. I will not buy this again and may look to other brands if quality deteriorating becomes a serious issue.

Good product with good sized door shelves (Tetra packs fit sideways!) Overall pleased with this product, but would like more versatility on internal shelf locations (2 options per shelf for top two shelves).

The Hotpoint fridge is well made, but there is some difficulty with opening the door, as the gap is very narrow to put your fingers in to pull the door open.

Nice item, welll laid out interior, the dor is quite difficult to open, but may be down to the "new ness"

This fridge does everything we wanted it to, the main reason in purchasing this fridge was the reduced width compared with many other makes, so although the fridge was out of stock with AO, we requested a notice when it would be in stock again and a few weeks later AO contacted us informing us the fridge was in stock again. So, we purchased it and it arrived when AO said it would. Both the delivery guys were very polite and the packaging had no damage.

The pocket door opener is on the smaller side. The cord for the plug was too short and we had to use an extension but would be sufficient for most. Looks good and working well. Delivery guys were great. Friendly and efficient. Would order from AO again.
