Had this dryer 6 weeks and it now won’t work. Made a terrible scrapping sound when drying, it now won’t work has it says the draw needs emptying, when there is no water in it. Very unhappy, I’m very disappointed with hotpoint, they don’t make like they used to, my washing machine last 23month. I will never buy hotpoint again.

This is a great dryer, takes plenty of items so it's used less often than my previous smaller one. There's plenty of choice of temperature and timing and it can be adjusted easily to suit the load. Noise is not a problem. Sheets can become tangled since there's not a reverse tumble feature but it doesn't take much to manually pause and give them a shake out before completing the programme. Door filter is very easy to de-fluff after each use. The water reservoire is both accessible and simple to remove and empty. I'm very pleased with it overall!

Looks sleeks and more modern than my previous model. Bit concerned that there was water in the drum when it was delivered. A little odd that the filter and condenser lights are on when you start a programme despite repeatedly checking they are clear. According to the instructions this serves as a reminder. There is also a black ‘rubber’ strip attached to to the bottom front of the appliance, it’s not mentioned in the instructions and we’ve no idea what it is!

Looks good. Quick drying and quiet but can’t see an option to alter the temperature of the programmes.

Really like this tumble dryer, it is easy to use and can manage a large washing load very easily. It is easy to empty the water container and to clean the filter.

Upgraded from an exhaust dryer I had for 10ish years. This feels like ??magic??! Super low noise and strangely short drying times, yet; wet clothes go in and dry clothes come out. The magical part is the condenser; it's not a huge fuss the way I thought it would be. Just pull out (??), empty it into the sink (or pipe into a waste pipe if that's an option for you) and then push it back in (????). It's that simple. 100% would recommend.

Excellent Product, lovely big drum and very quite.

Very happy with this as a new tumble dryer. Easy to use, quiet. Love the easy to empty water tank at the top - previosuly our old machine you had to remove a panel at the bottom to take out and empty the water. Filter super easy too. Would definitely recommend.
