Rubbish buttons don't work want it returned but got to go to the manufacturer first. Rubbish for the price. Would give it a zero if I could.

Very disappointed- had it for just over a year (March 21) and the numbers to set time etc started coming off a while ago but now it is broken altogether. May not be the most expensive but it isn’t cheap, so definitely not a brand I’ll buy again.

Poor quality and half keys of key pad didn't work.

Ok basic machine, feels cheap and hard to see the value over alternatives offering same size and power, but at a much cheaper price. The control panel is particularly poor having to push really hard to get any response.

Basic black mircowave . Would be good if you could put into sleep mode as the clock is not required and just uses energy. On another note we used the popcorn setting and this ended in a fire so won't be using that again but perfectly good as a standard mircowave.

Easy to use although touchpad feels a little flimsy. Seems to keep condensation in a lot, something my previous 30 year old microwave didn't do.

Looks nice, does the job well, easy to use. A bit loud but might be a good thing for some.

It works fine but the first one i had delivered it was damaged by the manufacturer and not by the delivery team and the second one is ok but it looks not as well made as I think it should be and as it is only used for warning things up it is fine for my purposes
