Ideal for us as a family of 7. Quiet running, several temperature control settings, and a good sized fridge which is essential. Also the little people approve of the lovely white surface foe putting magnets on ! The bottom drawer in the fridge is huge as is the bottom shelf which is really handy and better than the 2 drawers we had previously. Only disappointment is it's low energy efficiency rating.

The product is good but unfortunately it got knocked about a bit so had a few dents but AO gave me some money back which was very helpful.

Nice large fridge space with shelves spaced apart well. The freezer space is more than adequate.

Good service from AO my old one died on Thursday and my new one was delivered by Friday lunchtime. I saw this on their website and hoped it was what I wanted. Perfect chose.

Great product with plenty space. Reversible doors are a bonus. Product has no wheels but does have adjustable plastic feet for levelling.

Good sized fridge freezer at a great price. The fridge section has plenty of space for a full shop and the freezer has adequate space too. I’ve always trusted the Hotpoint brand and together with ao.com it’s a winning combination for quality, reliability and service.

Good product but the salad basket was cracked. The staff at AO were very helpful and arranged to send a new one. This came very promptly but this was cracked too, so we await yet another one! How many salad baskets will we end up with? My husband is a hoarder!
