Product seems to be working ok. Quiet. Plenty of space in fridge but probably could have done with a 50/50 for more freezer space. Bottom freezer drawer only half way to back of fridge. Other than that very happy.

Excellent fridge freezer

Only had this a few days, but so far so good. This is a great value 60/40 fridge freezer. Chose this one as it had largest capacity over others costing up to twice the price. In the end we just wanted one that would hold the most in the space, and be a reasonable price. It looks fine, nice clean edges and interior space is roomy and looks easy to clean. It's very quiet too. Only faults I can see, is no wine rack, and I would prefer the bottom drawer to be 2x drawers instead of 1 big one so I can separate dairy good from the salad drawer. Take note it's also a little deeper than most fridge freezers, but it is justified because the space is used on the inside. I am being picky though, so for the price I think this is excellent. Delivery drivers were great too, no damage and took all the rubbish away.

Good sized fridge freezer at a great price. The fridge section has plenty of space for a full shop and the freezer has adequate space too. I’ve always trusted the Hotpoint brand and together with ao.com it’s a winning combination for quality, reliability and service.

Item is fine, does all you expect...BUT...Hotpoint now provide items with a shorter power cable, so if you have a socket higher up the wall, you will need an extension lead. My old Hotpoint power cable was at least 350 mm longer, THANKS HOTPOINT - NOT- bet you have saved loads of money with this initiative but forced people to buy a short extension lead. Not great for lots of reasons..... Star rating based on this one point, as the fridge /freeze works fine

Do NOT buy this item, if you want to rely on the "door open alert". AO does not provide any information on this in its description, it is not audible, it is merely a flashing light in the fridge compartment and nothing if the freezer door is left open. AO offered 55% credit against exchanging, on a fridge freezer I have had for 10 weeks

excellent fridge freezer - easy to set up, controls are easy. good cubic capacity of fridge and freezer- ideal for a small family. looks good and is quiet when running. very little ice build up - excellent value for money.
