Good to look at but has some issues. The instaview door has to be slammed shut and will not close softly. It is also a fingerprint magnet and in the first week I was cleaning it several times a day, given up on it now. The metal on the doors is clearly paper thin as both the fridge and freezer doors have small but noticeable dents in after just 2 weeks. No one has kicked the doors so not sure where the dents have come from but they do take the shine off a brand new product and will be impossible to fix. The instview door is a good gimmick but we now don't use it because when we are in the kitchen the kitchen lights are on and they shine through the glass and light up the contents. Finally, the whole appliance leans back significantly, as stated in several forums, and apparently this it to help the doors close. I like a door that closes but I don't like a door that slams violently shut, so , like others have had to place hardboard under the rear, non-adjustble wheels to get it to stand up almost straight. It also took me several attempts to work out how to get the ice maker to work as it is not clear in the instructions that the touch sensitive button is in very close proximity to the fast freeze button. So, just 2 stars from me. It would have been 5 if the metal doors dis not dent very easily, if the instaview door closed without needing to slam it and if it stood up straight without leaning backwards.

Water dispenser takes about 2 minutes to run a pint (no exaggeration). Do not buy this

Really nice fridge/freezer. Loads of space and the door in a door is great. I wouldn't say it was matt black though, more of a gunmetal grey. Overall a fabulous fridge/freezer.

Love it. Big American fridge freezer. Refreshing cold water filtered to perfection. Crushed ir cubed ice. Big fridge compartment. Handy viewing door making easy reach for popular items such as milk. Looks great too.

Great appliance. We love the door on the front which allows for easy access without opening the whole thing. We wanted black to match other items and the colour is great. Love the filtered/chilled water. Great quality fridge that looks really nice in our kitchen

Looks great and feels premium and stylish. The ThinQ app for controlling temperature from your phone is pretty cool. Love the ‘knock twice’ instaview feature as well so you can see in without opening the door. Plenty of space in there’ and can easily grab stuff through the front hatch without having to open the full fridge door.

Great piece of kit. Being able to open only the 'small' door is a great gimmick - we use it a lot. Ice maker works well and isn't too loud. Looks amazing and is huge on the inside.

It’s a great size and well organised so you can put everything away neatly. All works well. We love the ice and water dispenser. It’s all plumbed in.
