Chose Liebherr having owned one of their freezers for 20 years and it is still going. Well built, good digital display and pleased it has an audible alarm. Slightly disappointed with the storage space as it is a lot smaller than it’s elderly predecessor. Watch out for the frustrating European plug with a large 3 pin plug adaptor wrapped around it. Makes it very deep when plugged in and freezer has to stick out further. Paying an electrician to move a socket now! Does not show this in the details online. Our previous Leibherr freezer has a standard 3 pin plug.

It's a good product but unfortunately too big for my kitchen. It is impossible to open my kitchen drawers once the freezer is in place. This is due to the fact that the door is bow-fronted which doesn't look as if it is on the photo.

After a lot of searching, we found it was everything we wanted, right size, cost, frost free and coming with a handle was an added bonus, made it so much easier to open. We even purchased the fridge to match. Icing on the cake was it comes with a two year guarantee....just hope we don't have to use it. We were not advised that it came with a European plug, the fridge didn't, and this meant we had to plug it in above the worktop, otherwise the freezer would have stuck out two inches from the worktop, if we had used the socket behind the freezer.

This was basically one of the only freezers we could find that met our criteria (freestanding, under-counter and frostfree) but fortunately on arrival it's ticked all of our boxes! Looks great, runs quietly, loads of space. Very happy with the purchase.

Large for an under worktop freezer so check the dimensions carefully. Works well and seems well built. Flexibility for using shelves or drawers is good. Make sure the electric socket is not directly behind the appliance.

This was for my mother in law who is in her 80s and is the sole carer for her registered blind husband. So life is pretty tough for them both. So having a frost free freezer was necessity rather than a luxury. We took them to a well known shop so they could have a look for one. There were plenty of freezers but only one frost free and the service was appalling so we walked out of there. On arriving home we looked on AO.com and found this freezer. Although we had no contact with customer service before purchase we felt a lot more looked after than we had done at the shop, because the website was so easy to use and all our questions were answered in the information provided. We were able to order the freezer and choose the day we wanted it delivered and opt to have the fitting of the new freezer and the removal of the old one. The delivery driver was extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend not only the product but the company as well.

It’s quiet but a gentle giant. Great features like door alarm and fast freeze button for when you’re back from the supermarket with goodies. Don’t forget to add another couple of centimetres for the non-integral feet (but you can’t take them off). Really useful to know that before you buy. I recommend choosing the installation option as it’s very heavy due to its robust manufacture. The team did a fantastic job, moved it to where it worked. Remember the European plug is bulkier than standard uk ones. Thoroughly recommend this product and the fantastic team member, Janet, that sold it to me and the 2 amazing delivery guys who even disposed of the packaging. Just do it!

It's a good freezer big enough for single person easy to follow setup some say it's noisy but I have to disagree some commented no inside light but not necessary but I like the alarm feature if door left open so very happy with my purchase
