The product has stopped working after a week and AO is not assisting in resolving the situation. They are passing the buck to HiSense.

Much larger than I thought with 2 massive drawers And one half size draw at the bottom for your meat nice silver design. Also the delivery staff where very efficiant and took all the packaging away as indicated they would by AO. The only thing I've got to complain about is the serial number was not pointed out to me and the chat on the Web site was usless it told me to look on the inner door and there was nothing there.

This freezer was exactly what I was looking for . Loads of room and runs very quietly. Ice cream keeps at a perfect temperature in the bottom draw . This is a extra freezer as the freezer storage in my integrated fridge freezer is quite small . Temperature button is small but looks childproof .
