Would give 3 1/2 as the freezer itself is excellent and a great size for what we needed. However, we needed a reversible do but unfortunately the door will not screw on the other way in spite of having the parts etc due to the amount of insulation in the hole for the screw.

Wow, fantastic freezer for the price. Great deep drawers and so quiet when its on. The drawers appear to be really sturdy and durable

Happy with the purchase. It looks good and I was impressed by how quickly the temperature got down to -20°. It's a shame it isn't frost free but from my searching, frost free on a freezer only is a lot more expensive, so settled for energy efficiency of E, which for freezers is about as good as it gets (previously A++) and this was one of the few in price range that achieved this.

I love the colour!! I can control The temperature from the front -that's a bonus. The size is perfect for my small kitchen which already homes a large fridge freezer. It is quiet and has plenty of extra space for my family of 3 overflow of food. I am very pleased with my purchase especially as this is the first time buying a product from Hisense. However I have noticed some slight ice build up in the top compartment which I will be keeping an eye on. Overall happy customer - glad I made the decision to buy.
