Nice fridge freezer, like the double doors and plenty of storage. Only downside it has a very high pitched noise which can be heard all over the house and is very annoying! have complained to Hisense and they have said this is normal operation and not willing to do anything about it, really poor customer support. The noise is so bad I am considering scrapping and buying and different make.

Aesthetically it’s great and the space the fridge freezer has. Just really noisy really gutted because otherwise it’s perfect. I’m also disappointed in the response from Hisense I emailed them the day I received this with this issue but even now no response . Very disappointing.

Fridge Freezer looks great however the water dispenser started dripping after 3weeks and i cant seem to talk to a person about this! Not good.

I do really like this fridge, with the water dispenser it’s easier than having to get it plumbed in. There’s lots of space I love how the top is fridge and bottom is freezer as I did not want an American with one side the fridge down to the floor. The only thing was we did have to get it replaced under manufacturers warranty as it had leaking gas in the freezer and malfunctioned so we didn’t have a freeEr for 2 months. The reason this took so long is because when I first phoned Hisense they were certain that the problem was due to my house being too hot or cold as apparently the gasses inside the apppiance will malfunction if the room is not at a temperature of 16-32 degrees. Hisense asked me to raise the temperature in my house even tho I told them my thermostat said it was 25 degrees with the hot weather, even after saying this they asked me to raise the temperature several times before sending an engineer. An engineer eventually came out but the warranty company had forgotten to tell Hisense so I didn’t hear back and found it difficult to get in touch with them for 4 weeks. Eventually they sent a new one and AO themselves were fantastic about it and sent a new one within days of Hisense finally confirming it.

It's a little bit on the louder side of the scale and the outer fridge is warm when touched. It running perfectly fine and the freezer is the best I have ever seen.

Didn’t like. Doors need fair force to ensure shut. So kids left open. Shelves tiny so need to try and fit most standard things in doors. Exchanged for different product.

Can scratch easily, but I do like the size of the fridge. The first fridge freezer that was delivered, the fridge did not work.

Overall a very practical and aesthetically looking fridge freezer. Very roomy depths inside the fridge and I was so surprised how much the freezer can contain and I still have more space. I’m happy with the cost of the product. Things that I wasn’t sure on was the hammered effect on the sides which I didn’t see online but this would be concealed if it’s built in. The other is the width of the freezer drawers doesn’t allow any emergency large pizzas. However a medium one is fine. Also there is a closing bar mechanism on the left door which again I didn’t see online. It seems a bit clumsy but if it lasts for the duration of the fridge freezer I’m happy to live with it.
