It's a good size freezer...easy access...no were things are straight away without searching ...AND !!!! No cold hands.. . .much better than a chest freezer !!!

Delivered Super quick by AO.COM Tuesday 28th July Started using Wednesday 29th July, Entire freezer Defrosted by Friday morning lost the lot! Upon contacting Hisense for compensation for loss of food told "In regards to the loss of food as the repair company we are unable to offer any compensation. Super fast delivery. Have dealt with AO.com many times. The only problem with this freezer is opening it. The seals are so right I nearly pull it over and it's a big freezer which is why it's not 5 star. Super clean line containers inside.

Item exactly as expected and just what I needed. As usual ao.com excel.

Overall it seems like a good freezer. Plenty of storage and the plastic drawers seem study enough. It is louder than I expected though. At night if I listen carefully I can hear it downstairs.

Upright integral freezer as specified and fitted into existing unit to replace 12 year old freezer that was failing to maintain temperature. Does the job ! Fitting instructions covered several appliances - would have preferred it to focus just on item delivered for ease of use

contacted early about delivering product came on time at a good price with 50 pounds off so very good saving well pleased easy to install with less packaging . Machine quite and room for all my frozen goods
