This is one excellent quality dishwasher. Near silent in operation, very economical on rinse aid / salt, and electricity when in the 4-hour "eco" mode. Even stubborn pot stains are dealt with, and the air dry feature works commendably so long as items are loaded such as to avoid pooling of water.

It's an amazing dishwasher, very silence and working good. I recommend to buy it.

I absolutely love my new AEG satellite clean dishwasher. Actually I think it would be fair to say I’m in love with it! My previous dishwasher was good enough, it got the dishes clean enough. Often times I’d have to give them a little scrub clean on the edges after removing from the dishwasher. Washing cutlery was a nightmare, spoons and forks always came out a little gunky. Not so with my new shiny AEG which gives me sparkly crockery and cutlery every time!! I adore the cutlery draw and it was one of the main pulls towards getting this dishwasher. The other main reason was the air dry technology where the machine opens an inch or so automatically at the end of the cycle - no more smelly musty plates. The stacking options of plates and bowls at the bottom means I can actually fit more dishes into my machine per cycle and feel confident they all get cleaned first time. I love it so much and completely recommend. I love it so much I haven’t brought myself to take the protective film off the front yet!! An amazing dishwasher, so glad I took the plunge to replace the old one. 5*****

The AEG SatelliteClean 6000 dishwasher (model number FFB53937ZM) was well packaged when received, giving it a good amount of protection along it's route from manufacturer to consumer. Disappointingly, there was a substantial amount of polystyrene as part of that packaging, which isn't very environmentally friendly. Upon removal of the packaging, we could see that the stainless steel finish on the door looked fantastic, and fit well into our kitchen that has other stainless steel products fitted. The instruction manual for the AEG SatelliteClean 6000 is clear and well laid out. With it was a leaflet regarding extending the 1 year manufacturer's warranty to a free (extended by 1 year) 2 years warranty. The installation of the dishwasher was straight forward, because we'd just removed our faulty dishwasher, so the water and drainage supplies already existed. The AEG SatelliteClean 6000 dishwasher looks great with its stainless steel external door, as already mentioned. It has a very modern looking inside too, with a clean stainless steel lining, and coordinating racks that are grey with a red trim and look very stylish. The bottom rack gives various loading options for different sized objects requiring cleaning eg saucepans or plates. This is done using raisable racks within the bottom tray. Instead of a cutlery basket, this model includes a cutlery tray, which we personally prefer. We've found cutlery washes cleaner in a tray, and most importantly knives are safer! The control panel is not only easy to understand and use, but also looks good and adds to the overall stylish look of the dishwasher. In conclusion: Having never owned any AEG appliance previously, we had nothing to base our expectations on. Initial impressions are very positive. We now want to see how effectively the dishwasher cleans and drys. Particularly as it has its Satellite Cleaning Arm and Airdry Door Opening features.

Wow, what can I say about this dishwasher. As soon as you unwrap it the unit looks impressive in the brushed steel and sits lovely in our kitchen. After 5 minutes of it being unwrapped it was fully plumbed in by myself, salt filled up with the handy included funnel,, rinse aid filled up and used straight away. The instructions are easy to follow but in reality the controls are so easy you do not need instructions. I thought there was a problem with the machine because it was so quiet, I did not even know it was running. This is going to be a fantastic addition to our kitchen and so easy to use, even a teenager could switch it on and use it. The layout of the drawers and cutlery tray are spot on.

Have used a couple of times so far and is a great improvement over my previous brand. My last dishwasher always left residues no matter how long the wash was, this cleaned everything on a quick wash fantastically and everything is so shiny and clean. Instructions are clear and concise and allow you to set a whole host of different functions, I did get a little confused when making sure each arm would spin it hit my plates. I soon realised you can adjust the top shelf up or down to create more space, a fantastic idea when you have bigger pans or plates to be washed. One downside was the blue protective plastic that they trapped on the door while being assembled and was a real pain to get most off. Overall I would happily buy AEG again with this being my first product from them.
