Good product. Took 30 minutes to install and set up the TV on it.

This item was recommended by ao to be compatible with a Samsung 50" QLED TV I was buying. However, upon unpacking both items I discovered that the Samsung TV specifically requires M8 screws that are 40mm long, but the Sanus supply 35mm (too short & don't catch), and 50mm (too long & loose & wobbly). The supplied spacers were no use. Therefore this item is not compatible unless you purchase specific screws or washers as as an extra.

Didn’t have the correct length of bolts for the tv I bought

I had to purchase separate screws to fit the bracket to the back of my Samsung 65 inch QLED. You get a selection of screws but they only go to 35mm. You need M8 45mm screws for Samsung 55inch and above. They didn’t cost me much, but was disappointed I had to go back out to buy them. TV however is now mounted on the bracket and is fine.

i wasnt happy with this as i didnt get the right size screws for my tv with wall bracket i needed a m8 45mm but didnt come with

Overall a good product. But when we went to put tv on to wall the bottom hook on the right side was broke. After the hassle of getting tv on the wall ect, haven't the will to take it all down to return it and have the tv being vulnerable. So will have to put up with a slightly wonky tv .
