This is an excellent machine. Quick, and clean and it makes lovely coffee with a rich crema. I'm particularly impressed that you can save two of your favourite settings for consistent perfect brews. To be honest, I replaced a worn out £600 machine with this, and it has surpassed that one for quality and ease of use. Highly recommended - I'll drink to this one!

Great coffee But! No extras which are required to keep the coffee machine running properly.(Water hardness tester, water cartridge, and decaling satchets) This is poor value for the price! Instructions are not that clear- you must read the full manual.

I already have one of these it is perfect. Easy to clean. Easy to use. I bought this for my son as he has his own place now. I used ti have a built in machine which cost me £1000. This one is so much better. I have had mine 3 years now. Just love it!!!

Nice product that makes great coffee. The milk steamer /frothier is probably the weak spot, it’s really noisy and can easily blow off firing milk everywhere. Should also point out that the instructions talk about a welcome pack that contains water testing strips and the water filter. But actually you have to purchase them separately, thats is a total joke on a £400+ machine. Even so I would still recommend the machine.
