Machine features are really good with the ability to customise the amount of water in your coffee. Also straight and the texture of the grind. Coffee I made was really good and so easy to set up. Now the reason it only gets two stars. When I went to steam my milk the frother would suddenly blow off and steam would go everywhere which would send milk all over machine, me and surrounding area. Luckily the milk never got hot as this usually happened within the first twenty seconds. Think this machine was producing far to much steam pressure but wasn't prepared to risk another machine developing this fault after the guarantee ran out so swapped it for a delonghi which is working fine.

Hugely disappointed with this machine. OK if you like Espresso but it is absolutely impossible to make a 'long' coffee that isn't bland. With only three grind settings and three strength settings the level of 'precision' is minimal. I can make consistently better coffee by hand by weighing out my beans, grinding them in my ceramic grinder and then brewing it in my mocha-pot. Don't waste your expensive beans. Also, the rubber steam nozzle flies off into the milk more times than it stays on!

Had some issues with it. Steamer got clogged up and then when I tried to put it into clean mode, it just got stuck on clean mode. The issue cleared itself. All that aside it makes a great frothy coffee.

Great coffee But! No extras which are required to keep the coffee machine running properly.(Water hardness tester, water cartridge, and decaling satchets) This is poor value for the price! Instructions are not that clear- you must read the full manual.

Good compact coffee machine that fits well onto worktop. Water tank is at the rear which is a little tricky as it is small and needs regular filling. Largest coffee is only 180ml so a mug of Americano will need 2 cycles. Otherwise works well.

We are pleased with our Krups Arabica digital Bean to coffee digital machine very compact Makes superb coffee , would have been helpful If was mentioned in the setting up of machine that A water filter is not included .

A tad complicated to set up; easy when you know how! Noisy. Quick. Efficient. Overall very pleased with it, makes very good coffee. Hard water tester NOT included in the pack as it should have been. Surprised that a water filter, as recommended to be used, not included.

Really good machine , really simple to set up and easy to use . Only had it a week and it is still functioning fine , the coffee is also great
