Packaging - excellent, appliance arrived in pristine condition. Fitment into Formica faced chipboard was straightforward. Two points that could be improved upon were :- (i) The edge seal was poor and is inadequate to prevent spills and crumbs from harbouring under the glass periphery, frequent brushing out is required. (ii) The electrical connection terminals are near the front end, thus measures need to be taken to ensure the connecting cable does not snag items in the drawer immediately below. (iii) People with slightly impaired hearing, have little chance of receiving the rather pathetic audio-warning that signals 'end of cooking session'. In operation, the hob performs well and is easy to clean. Accompanying the package is a handy scraper for removal of hard baked on residues.

Works well and heats up quickly. Marks easier than I expected which is annoying but overall happy.

Looks great and good value for money. Ceramic hob heats up really quickly and digital display warns if plates may be hot. Flush surface without any knobs, so makes it easy to keep clean.

Great looking appliance. Looks smart and is easy to use.

I always use gas, but it's a simple thing of ease of cleaning and getting used to the heat. I'm very happy with both

Good service, bought for a tenanted flat, tenant is happy with the hob and Instalation service.

Good basic hob, good value for money. Would need a boost function to really cover all basic needs: can appear lengthy to boil a large amount of water.
