Well I unboxed the hob . It was so well packaged which give us great confidence that the item wouldn’t be damaged . I had a quick read through the installation guide . It was a replacement item so I had it installed in less than 20 minutes. I would say any competent person could install this hob . But if your not please consult a fully qualified electrician. What drew us to this particular hob was all the great features it had . Especially child lock feature . Memory function, Pause facility, Timer etc

Smart looking and works as it should. Just be aware electrical jumper bars are not pre installed as is normal, but they are supplied

The hob looks very sleek and modern, touch controls are good. The rings heat up very quickly I am very happy with the purchase

Heats up quickly and is easy to use. Pause function is a really great idea, particularly if you are cooking for one or re-heating food ands get interrupted / distracted.

The Hob is great but did not come with a cable, I had to get an electrician to provide a suitable cable and fit it, might have just me being naive as I expected it would just plug in but hope this helps, the hob is brilliant and really worth the money, the delivery service and communications from AO are perfect.

Product as expected. Only used a few times so far but works and much cheaper than other products that do the same.

Easy to install. Easy to use. No raised controls means it’s much easier to keep clean. Useful pause function.

This item was easy to install and easy to work out how to use it. I would say the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was the lower settings can be colder than expected up to setting 8. So to boil u need at least 7 or 8 but this can be handy for slower cooking I guess. Delivery service was good I might add.
