Quality product, well packaged, but still some of the dreaded un-recyclable polystyrene. Cooker hood performed well, but installation instructions could be better - covers several different models so difficult to work out which is appropriate

Works really well leaving a dishes and glasses very clean! We particularly the timer function to enable us to have it on overnight when electricity is cheaper for us.

Ordered this Bosch model to replace a faulty cooker hood. We had recently purchased a built-in Bosch oven a month before with AO, so figured it’d be nice for the cooker hood to match. Went for this model as it looked nice, matched our other appliances and had a good energy rating. Delivery provided by AO was excellent and went smoothly. Had the cooker hood installed by a local electrician without any issues. It performs as expected. The light is nice and bright and a good range of settings with a touch sensitive control panel. It works well! Definitely noticed an improvement, particularly when frying on the hob. The house no longer smells of whatever we’re cooking! I like the removable and washable filters. My only gripe is it is much louder than our old one.

Works fine but the minimum height shown is tight to enable chimney to be fitted over extractor .
