I spent almost £500 on a stainless steel product which got rusty only because someone tried to clean it! This is not the quality you would have hoped for. I am totally disappointed. Completely useless assistance received from Bosch, the engineer came and gone and left me with the rusty product. This is simply unacceptable. The hood looks like 20 years old product where in fact it has still not been used at all. Wiping it off with a damp cloth should never every caused corrosion on stainless steel product!

I like the look of the cooker hood. The led light is useful. It is not noisy. However I had to phone Bosch to understand how to use it as a recirculating hood. You must buy a clean air standard recirculating kit. I expect you have to buy a venting kit too if you want to use it that way. This should be mentioned in the specification with an option to purchase from AO.

Quality product, well packaged, but still some of the dreaded un-recyclable polystyrene. Cooker hood performed well, but installation instructions could be better - covers several different models so difficult to work out which is appropriate

This is a lovely Bosch appliance. The functions are simple to use and I love the fact that the buttons are touch control. The extractor is very effective at removing steam, smells etc from cooking. The chimney hood itself is adjustable to accommodate different ceiling heights. My only negative about this chimney extractor is that it’s noisier than I expected, especially when on the highest setting.

Good looking and easy to wipe clean. Quiet but powerful and nice touch sensitive controls. Pleased with the choice.

Product was relatively easy to install, bar the gas pipe that I hammered into!! The extractor fan is a little louder than expected but definitely removed the odour
