Dishwasher looks nice, buttons and dials are quite easy to use, these are the good points, matches my fridge which I luv.
Bad points.
Doesn’t dry properly after a cycle and that’s on every selected cycle, the inside condensates all over so I had to dry everything which defeats the object of having a dishwasher.
As mentioned in previous comments the standard plates don’t allow the dishwasher washer spinner to work so you have to lift the tray up which then in turn catches on the top tray so as you pull out the cutlery tray out it catches on the one below and pulls that one out as well not a great design. On two occasions whilst testing the machine the tablet didn’t release probably which is very frustrating. Had a big debut with AO and eventually they are replacing it with the same design just to see if this machine I have is a faulty one as the next model up is over 700 pounds, they also wanted to send an engineer to view this machine which I was happy with but it was a week later after my phone call which in turn would have taken me over my 14 days to return this machine due to the fact I wasn’t happy with it. AO also wanted to charge me 10% handling even when I’ve only had this machine for 4 days, this was because they wouldn’t be able to sell it again ?? AO advise you to talk to samsung direct before to let them know the problems which I did but trying to get through was just a headache, it was like calling an insurance company for a quotation, it took me nearly all of Sunday just gone to get this sorted.
I bet your wondering why I’m going for the same machine , that’s because I have samsung in the rest of my kitchen and I wanted it all to match but I couldn’t afford the next model up, I’m going to try the replacement just in case this machine was a faulty one ,if not I’ll be changing it for another model. lets see what happens as machines do sometimes go wrong.
