Very quiet running machine . Cleans and dries very well and the cutlery drawer at the top saves a lot of bending . Cost compared to other machines is higher but having matching the other Samsung appliances is a factor.

Do NOT buy. Drying is awful, cleaning is awful and customer service is even worse! This machine looks great but it doesn't function as it should do - dealing with Samsung customer service is something that has frustrated me more than any other customer service dept and I will NEVER buy another Samsung product again

A bit plasticky after having a Bosch. The main gripe being our round plates which aren’t big, hit the rotating washing arm. We’ve had to switch to the rectangle plates in the wedding set. Who knew lol! First world problems eh............

First the positive. This machine cleans well and is much quieter than our old model. The cutlery draw also works well unlike our old machine (different brand). On the negative side we originally found that we needed to choose between our large plates or pint glasses. It took us several days to realise that the cutlery draw can be set to be ½ size. This is missing from the instruction manual but appears in simplistic drawing along the front edge of one of the baskets. We've found this to be ideal as there's only 2 of us but it could be frustrating if your a bigger family.

Really stylish dishwasher and easy display. Thought it would be a while before I got used to the cutlery tray but found it easy and great. Cleans really well, lots of different cycles to choose from. Generally very happy.

A lovely D/W and really thoughtful interior details such as sliding cutlery tray and adjustable shelves. Looks really smart too

Nice machine with lots of options, but if you have bigger dinner plates or glasses, you might struggle as the height between each drawer is more limited than other dishwashers I have had. The cutlery tray at the top is a nice idea but I'm not convinced it washes any better than a standard basket and it takes up a lot of space on the top level. So if you're considering this just be aware you may need to rethink how you load your dishwasher and what you have to wash by hand.

The results are good, but it's hard to fit things in. We thought the cutlery tray was a great idea, but it means there's less vertical space for everything else, such that it's difficult to fit our glasses in.
