Not had a Samsung dishwasher before but very pleased with it. The cutlery tray takes a bit of getting used to though. The top rack is adjustable which is useful for extra large items. Quick wash 30 minutes is very handy and you can also wash the top rack or bottom rack separately.

If you want to be able to wash standard size dinner plates, glasses and cutlery at the same time then don't buy this. To wash standard size dinner plates the upper shelf needs to be adjust to it's upper position as the washer arm and plates clash. Unfortunately, with the upper tray in that position you can't fit a pretty standard size glass tumbler in the tray without it clashing with the cutlery tray. The cutlery draw design isn't ideal as it takes up valuable space required lower down in the dishwasher. Also, the limited sweep of the spraying arm leaves items almost unwashed towards the front and rear of the tray. In summary the dishwasher does a poor job of fulfilling it's primary function and will be replaced very quickly when I get frustrated at not been able to wash plates and glasses together.

Quality of interior trays is poor, want to wash plates in the lower drawer (who would want to do that in a dishwasher) this means upper drawer has to be in upper position or the plates hit the arm which means it is too close to the cutlery tray to put most things in, glasses won't fit. My advice is buy one with a cutlery basket and no tray. On a plus point it does wash quite well and you can remove the tray (just as well I kept the old cutlery basket !).

Bought this dishwasher to match with my other appliances. Looks good, program bar a little flimsy for the money. Still struggling with how to load it. Cutlery tray cleans the cutlery better but a bit of a pain! On the whole not sure I would have bought this dishwasher if not looking for a certain look!

Great product, does what it says 'on the tin'. Matches the fridge.

With so many manufacturers dish washer's to choose from we definitely made the right decision...the wash is perfect, even on a quick program, noticeably very quiet compared to the dishwasher it replaced. Liking the cutlery draw rather than the basket...the right side of which slides to the left too saving the need to drop the top draw for taller glasses. The added bonus of just top or bottom washing too is a great idea. Fitted straight back into place with easy adjustable feet too...nice and snug. Very easy to use the programmes and looks great too...well done Samsung.

The machine works well and is very quiet. Have not yet had chance to use it on a heavy load, but looking forward to using it for the family gathering at Christmas.
